Lost your license key?

Enter the email you used to buy Lumd Pro and we'll send the key again. No account needed.

For privacy, we show the same message whether or not we find a purchase, so nobody can use this form to check who bought Lumd. You can request a resend three times an hour.

Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder for mail from license@lumd.ai, then write to support@lumd.ai with the email you bought with. We'll sort it out.

Activating your key

  1. Don't have Lumd yet? Download it, open the disk image and drag Lumd into Applications.
  2. Open Lumd. In the menu bar, choose Help → Lumd Pro…
  3. Click Already have a key? Enter it, paste your key and click Activate.

The key is checked on your Mac, with no account and no internet connection needed. It works again after a reinstall: just paste it in the same way.
